“We are doing good. Been a rough two years, almighty riding shotgun, but I’ve been punching it out, little devil. But I feel better now than I’ve felt in a long time. And I finally got the perfect care. I’m not going to let this define my future. And everything’s trending well,” Keith told Parr.
The 62-year-old released a brand new album last month titled 100% Songwriter which includes his first single and No. 1 smash, “Should’ve Been A Cowboy,” and the certified quadruple platinum track, “Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue (The Angry American).”

While working his way one day at a time back to performing on the big stage, Keith kicked off a three-night string of shows at the Dolby Live at Park MGM in Las Vegas. He will play again tonight (12/11) and again on Thursday night (12/14).
In September, Keith attended the People’s Choice Country Awards where he was honored with the Country Icon award and performed “Don’t Let The Old Man In.” The song he had penned in 2018, came along after a very heartfelt conversation with Clint Eastwood and has since taken on a new meaning.
