Kelley posted the video below to his Instagram page inviting his fans to the free show at Barstool Nashville which will begin at 7:30 pm CT next Friday. It is set to be an unforgettable night with more details coming soon.
Kelley’s Tennessee Truth album, a 12-track collection, will include his most personal work to date such as the previously released tracks “How We’re Livin’,” “Dirt Road Date Nights,” “Trucks, Ducks, Bucks & Beer,” and his new single, “Kiss My Boots.” The 38-year-old describes the album, which was produced by Dann Huff, as a way for him “to express myself and my family and our values.” Kelley also admitted on social media that the lyrics to his new music, specifically “Kiss My Boots,” helped him heal through a difficult time.
“It’s a really cool time, and I feel like we’re kind of busting the door open. And to feel the love and support and to connect with y’all at radio, that just makes it extra special,” Kelley said.
Kelley’s Tennessee Truth album follows his debut studio album, Sunshine State of Mind, released in June 2021. Before his solo career, the beach-loving cowboy had delivered five albums since 2012 as one-half of the country duo, Florida Georgia Line.
In the coming weeks, you can also catch Kelley at The Bluebird Café and CMA Fest in Nashville as well as Summerfest 2024 in Milwaukee, Watershed Festival, Voices of America Country Music Fest, and New York State Fair, among other events.
