Brian Kelley has released a new track and he's standing up for family tradition. The country singer's latest, "How We're Livin'" celebrates what he calls the "country boy condition."

“‘How We're Livin’ is an authentic anthem celebrating family tradition and country living,” shares Kelley. “Most people know my love for the beach, but I’ve been in a cowboy hat since birth. This song is all about being proud of where you come from and living life to the fullest. I’m constantly inspired by everything around me, and these lyrics really do reflect a genuine connection to my roots and what’s influencing my forthcoming debut album.”

Kelley's "How We're Livin'" is the third track to be unveiled from his forthcoming full-length debut album. A release date has yet to be announced but we will be sure to keep you updated.

We recently spoke to Kelley backstage at the CMA Awards about how far he's come with his solo music and so much more. The singer-songwriter says he is "beyond grateful to be in the mix this year" and to have a song climb at country radio.

"I have a song run up the charts, my team, my band, my crew, my label has opened so many doors for me, and we’re putting in the work, man. I’m just just, you know, I’m thrilled, dude. It’s a really cool time, and I feel like we’re kind of busting the door open. And to feel the love and support and to connect with y’all at radio, that just makes it extra special,” Kelley said.

Today is National Sunglasses Day, and when sunglasses grace the face of a country superstar, it makes them look even cooler. Yeah, it's actually a scientific fact that sunglasses make people look more attractive.

A couple of examples of this fact come from National Today. They say that shades offer a symmetry structure to your face. They added that no face is perfectly symmetrical, but sunglasses hide that. Sunglasses also add an air of mystery: when you cannot see someone's eye movements, they appear more mysterious.

Sunglasses first became popular in the 1920s when movie stars of the day started to wear them. It wasn't until 1937 when Ray-Ban Aviator sunglasses became the hottest accessory for celebrities and the rest of society. The original glasses featured a plastic frame with the now classic Aviator shape. The sunglasses were remodeled with a metal frame the following year and rebranded as the Ray-Ban Aviator. However, sunglasses were first created by the Chinese, who started to tint eyeglasses in the 12th century.

Country stars, like movie stars, have often worn sunglasses. Eric Church added the accessory to his style and brand as a permanent fixture when he released his Chief album in 2011, donning aviator sunglasses on the cover. Church is not often seen without his signature sunglasses wherever he is appearing on stage, on TV, or on red carpets. Country icon Hank Williams Jr. also started wearing sunglasses as a permanent look after an accident damaged his face.

As we join the country in celebrating National Sunglasses Day, we take a look at country stars on stage or just out and about wearing shades.
