Scotty McCreery is ready to take on 2024, and he's looking for the help of his fans. The country singer is gearing up for a new headlining tour. He's also preparing to introduce new music to those attending his shows in the coming months.

It was a very busy year for McCreery. The singer was recently invited to become the newest member of the Grand Ole Opry. He was also inducted into the North Carolina Music Hall of Fame. The 30-year-old expressed his excitement for what's to come while guest-hosting Shawn Parr's Backstage Country this week.

"Yeah, a lot of new music. I feel like I've been on the road now since 2011 and just kind of playing the record that we have out there. But we're going to be doing a lot of new music that folks haven't heard. They'll be hearing it for the first time on this tour and kind of helping us decide, you know, what's going to make that final album. You know, we're going to be going based on reactions: are people up and dancing or are they sitting down checking their phones? Because that song probably won't make a record. But, you know, it's a lot of new music, new stories. And I'm excited. Me and the band have worked up a completely new show and started working on it, I think, in October, so that we've been working on it for months now," McCreery revealed to Shawn Parr.

McCreery continued, "We did more tour dates in 2023 than I've ever done. We wrote a record. We recorded a record. Raised a one-year-old with Gabbie. It was like the busiest year of my life. We're going to take 3 to 4 weeks off kind of around Christmas and then about mid-January, just get back after it with the band."

The singer-songwriter will kick off his 2024 'The Cab In A Solo Tour' on January 26 in Troy, Ohio. McCreery will be joined by special guests Anne Wilson, Greylan James, and Noah Hicks on select dates.

2024 Country Music Festivals Scheduled Across The U.S.

In my opinion, you haven't lived until you've attended a country music festival. As a fan, what's better than having all of your favorite artists in the same location for a few days along with thousands of people who love the genre as much as you do?

If you've come this far, you're most likely looking to travel with friends, plan a road trip with the family, or attend a festival right in your backyard. From the East Coast to the West Coast and everywhere in between, there's most likely a festival scheduled near you.

Carrie Underwood, Eric Church, Hardy, Jason Aldean, Jelly Roll, Keith Urban, Lainey Wilson, Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert, Morgan Wallen, and Thomas Rhett are just a few of the country superstars named as headliners across the United States in 2024.

In 2023, CMA Fest alone welcomed more than 90,000 daily attendees in Nashville, Tennessee, while reaching its largest stadium audience in its 50-year history. Festivals such as Stagecoach Festival in Indio, California, and Carolina Country Music Fest in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, are already sold out for 2024, however, you can join the waiting list for tickets.

If you're looking for something new in the coming months, then Jason Aldean and Kid Rock's latest announcement will have you kicking up your boots. The inaugural Rock The Country festival will take over Louisiana, Kentucky, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Missouri, and South Carolina next year.

"The first EVER Rock the Country is bringing big names to small towns. From rising stars to country icons, this is two nights that you won’t want to miss," Rock The Country Facebook post stated.
