“I am so excited about my new song ‘Country Gold’ with Jordan Davis,” shares Wilson in a press statement. “I’m a huge fan of Jordan’s music, and I’m honored to have him join me. This song is all about roots and remembering where the good stuff in life really is. I love the line that says, ‘the richest people that I’ve ever known struck country gold,’ and I hope you do too. I can’t wait for everyone to hear it!”
Wilson’s Rebel will be released on April 19 and feature “Country Gold” as well as her previously released tracks, “God & Country,” “REBEL,” “Strong,” and “Rain In The Rearview.” In addition to her collaboration with Davis, Wilson has a new track coming with country superstar Lainey Wilson and another with Christian singer-songwriter, Chris Tomlin.
“I’ve been working so hard over the past 15 months to write these songs, record them and get them into the world! I was raised on two things: the love of God and the love of all things country. That’s what fuels the music I make and that’s what you’ll hear more of on REBEL,” Wilson said.
Wilson was recently named among CMT’s Next Women of Country Class of 2024 alongside Ella Langley, Lauren Watkins, Tigirlily, Huntergirl, and more. She was also named among the Opry NextStage Class of 2024 and has just completed a string of dates on Scotty McCreery’s Cab In A Solo Tour.
