You've been warned if you are flying a drone over the Kelley household. Country star Brian Kelley's wife, Brittney, posted a statement to her Instagram story on Wednesday (3/20) regarding the "invasive" situation.

She continued, "Please respect us. We are happy to say hello in public but the drone hovering over our private home & watching us at the pool etc is very invasive. Please stop."

The Kelley's have often split their time between their Nashville and Florida homes. The couple tied the knot on December 16, 2013, during an intimate outdoor ceremony on their property.

Brittney continues to be the queen of all things Tribe Kelley. She is currently preparing for the brand's summer 2024 line following her exciting collaboration with Mossy Oak this past fall.

Brian, on the other hand, has been very busy pursuing his solo music career and promoting his new single, "Kiss My Boots." He will release his debut solo album, Tennessee Truth, with Big Machine Records on May 10.

"'Kiss My Boots is going to radio'… when I heard those words I was a little blown away because when I wrote this song just about a year ago it was purely to heal. When I recorded it and turned it in, the whole team and the label were all in on it. Country music is real, this song is real, and I’m real. I hope this song helps others heal through whatever challenging times they’ve gone through," Kelley posted on social media.
