Nate Smith: ‘Astronomical’ 2024 Tour With Morgan Wallen
Morgan Wallen extended his record-breaking ‘One Night At A Time’ tour into 2024 and he’s bringing a rotating lineup of supporting acts out on the road with him. Among that list is Nate Smith, a Nashville singer-songwriter. We’d have to say is very deserving of the spot.
Smith, the voice behind the No. 1 hit, “World On Fire,” has worked very hard to get where he is today and is nothing but grateful to have the opportunity to tour with one of the biggest acts in music. While discussing his upcoming tour dates on Shawn Parr’s Backstage Country, the 38-year-old admitted it was hard not to get emotional about it.
“I mean, the amount of people that my music is gonna be exposed to is just astronomical. Between radio and between 50,000 seats per night, that’s just a crazy, crazy thing. I’m so grateful that Morgan is willing to have me out. There’s so many people that deserve that. So it’s just amazing that he’s allowing me to be a part of it. I did a few shows with him already. It’s crazy,” Smith told Shawn Parr.
Smith continued, “I just feel like [I’m] welcomed on this tour and just so grateful, man. Just a lot of gratefulness and there’s nothing to brag about because I have a lot of people that have helped me get here, and they’re keeping me here and moving me here. So it’s just all grace. And yes, I’m working hard. Yes, I’m trying to do my job the best I can and stuff. But a lot of it’s grace, man. It’s a lot of people saying, hey, we’re going to champion your record, we’re going to help you get there and stuff. And that’s what’s really doing it. So there’s just it’s just you can’t help but be thankful.”
Nate Smith is currently out on the road for his headlining 21-city ‘World On Fire Tour 2024’ with special guests Dylan Schneider and Aidan Canfield. Click here for more information and to see a full list of his tour dates.
