Dylan Scott On His ‘Incredible Journey’ Running ‘The Trash Guys’
Dylan Scott is probably one of my favorite country stars to follow on social media. Why, you ask? Well, he’s one of the most down-to-earth guys and always keeps it real with his fans.

Scott starts the video by saying, “Here’s something I be you didn’t know.” The “This Town’s Been To Good To Us” singer started the company ‘The Trash Guys‘ in 2020 alongside his friend Jorgan Powell; it is based in Downsville, Louisiana.
“When 2020 hit and I could play concerts, I started The Trash Guys, a residential garbage business with my buddy Jordan Powell! Had to do something to keep feeding the family and never thought it would turn into what it’s turned into today. I’m super grateful for Jordan and Northeast Louisiana for trusting us. It’s been an incredible journey and can’t wait to see where it leads us,” Scott captioned his Instagram post.
Scott shows how exactly he started the business and how far he’s come since launching the business in 2020. Since then, they’ve upgraded their fleet, added a team of employees, and are coming to Nashville, Tennessee soon.
The 33-year-old finished the video by saying, “Yeah, just a country music singer, and now a trash guy.”
Most recently, Scott teamed up with fellow singer-songwriter Dylan Marlowe for a track titled “Boys Back Home” as well as the electronic music duo, VAVO, for a remix of “This Town’s Been Too Good To Us.”
The country singer also scored the third No. 1 song of his career with “Can’t Have Mine” back in November. It is the second track to go No. 1 from his sophomore album, Livin’ My Best Life, following his previous single, “New Truck.”
