Scotty McCreery’s “Cab In A Solo” Video Showcases All Parts Of His Life
Scotty McCreery has unveiled the music video for his current single, “Cab In A Solo.” It’s a special release for the country singer, to say the least, as his new visual showcases all aspects of his life, and he’s even decided to share the spotlight.

“This video showcases both the quieter parts of my life, like having my son Avery with me in the studio with Frank [Rogers], as well as the wilder parts of my life, such as performing in front of the biggest live audience of my career,” said McCreery.
McCreery recently guest hosted Shawn Parr’s Backstage Country, revealing, “I love this song. I loved writing the song, I love singing the song. It kind of takes me back to that music that I grew up on, you know, in the nineties and even listening to some stuff before the nineties. It’s just a storytelling song. And this guy in the song is trying to win his girl back and he’s thinking, man, some roses and some fine wines got to do the trick, right? It’s got to do the trick and [he] drives over to her place only to find out he’s just a little too late. It didn’t quite work out. So what’s he going to do? Is he going to bring the wine back to the store? Heck no. He’s going to drink that wine. So that’s what the song is all about.”
McCreery will kick off his 2024 ‘The Cab In A Solo Tour‘ on January 26 in Troy, Ohio with special guests Anne Wilson, Greylan James, and Noah Hicks on select dates.
