Carrie Underwood watched her youngest son doing exercises after he found an old Tae Bo DVD. She captured the moment from behind, and the result was just precious as mom watched in the background giggling the whole time at her cute son's moves.

Carrie posted the under-a-minute clip of Jacob working out on Instagram, writing on the video, "Jake starting the day off right." She captioned the video, "The boys found one of my old Tae Bo DVDs in a box of things, and Jake thought he'd have himself a little morning workout! I may soon have myself a gym buddy!"

Fans were thrilled with the clip into Underwood's life at home with her boys, with one commenting, "If this isn't the cutest thing, Omg." Another fan gushed, "This is perfect!!!" One more fan wrote, "This is the cutest thing I have ever seen! And the best part is he's good at it!"

Carrie herself has been doing some workouts and shared a recent exercise on her Instagram, writing in a repost, "A Flash Fit is my favorite way to add a little extra credit to my workouts. If you haven't tried @fit52, check out the link in the bio!"

With her "Denim and Rhinestones" tour kicking back in February in Maimi, Underwood said that comfort was not a top priority when her fall leg kicked off . She said, "This time, I feel like my shoes don't have to be as comfortable as I've needed them to be in the past. Everything has to be quick-changeable and not too complicated. I don't want things to be super-super tight when I'm singing just because it makes it harder to breathe but who needs air?" She laughed, "If it looks fabulous enough that I could take not breathing as well, then it is worth it."

A bunch of country stars work on their health, but we found the top five and ranked them to number one. Here's who we believe are the fittest stars in country music today.

Dierks Bentley constantly rides his mountain bike, does many bike marathons, and sits in a barrel of ice as an annual ritual. He is a fit guy who loves playing outside and having fun whenever possible. Carly Pearce is reasonably fit and eats right 90 percent of the time, and does a daily run to stay on top of her game physically.
