If I could only have one snack in the world for the rest of my life, it would be popcorn. It’s so versatile, and I will eat it in pretty much any form. Some of my favorite ways to eat it? Siracha and nutritional yeast, hot sauce, and parmesan, and if I’m feeling a little decadent, I’m drenching it in melted butter.  

Not that you need a reason to eat it, but it is good for you. It’s a whole grain, high in fiber, and low in fat. Well, that’s before you put a whole stick of melted butter on it, but do you?
