Miranda Lambert Cheers Super Bowl -Bound Patrick Mahomes
Miranda Lambert was back from her Mexican vacation yesterday (1/29) and donned some Kansas City Chiefs gear to watch the playoff game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Cincinnati Bengals. The Chiefs won, securing a spot in the Super Bowl.
Miranda posted a photo to Instagram of herself back in the cold weather wearing a beanie hat and a Kansas City Chiefs hoodie. She captioned the post, Let’s go @chiefs! Rootin’ for my fellow east Texan @patrickmahomes (heart emoji)#mahomies #chiefskingdom #15.”
Many fans reacted to her post, including one who wrote, “My kinda woman Miranda.” Another fan agreed, “You rock…” One more fan commented, “I knew Eagles vs. Chiefs would be in the 2023 Super Bowl!?!? I was right!! I’m not sure who I’ll pick one for the Super Bowl. What about you??”
Lambert and her husband just returned from their Mexican fourth-anniversary trip. She posted several photos from their time in Isla Mujeres, including one of them holding drinks, Brendan in the water, out to dinner, and a beautiful Mexican sunset. She captioned the photos, “Until next time, Isla Mujeres (sun and palm tree emoji).”
Fans also reacted to that post with one commenting, “Nothing like an ice cold Dos Equis.” Another fan said, “I love seeing y’all happy. I always say you look so good in love.” One more fan wrote, “She’s got it all. I love her so much. A fan. She Brings back the whole country, which I love so much.”
As we reported last week, Miranda and her husband, Brendan, celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary somewhere on a beach. Miranda posted some photos of the couple on her Instagram last night (1/26).
Lambert wrote, “Celebrating 4 years married today with my main squeeze @brendanjmcloughlin. Happy anniversary babe! You are the best. (Y’all are welcome for the last two pics).”

He was so pleased he posted a video on his socials from a trip to Hawaii to cheer his team on.

He famously said that he has two seasons, “football season and waiting for football season.” A lifelong Miami Dolphins fan, he often sings that National Anthem at their games and did so this past September 2021 when the Dolphins played the Buffalo Bills. When he fronted Hootie and The Blowfish, he wrote the band’s biggest song, “I Only Want To Be With You,” in college when he was so upset that his Dolphins were losing, he started to cry, and his mother called him a baby. Rucker also has his own line of NFL wear.
