Miranda Lambert Steps Up For LA Area Animals Amid Wildfires
Miranda Lambert has done what she often does when natural disasters in our country happen, she and her Muttnation Foundation have stepped up to help animals in Southern California after the devastating wildfires.
Miranda posted photos of animals in a Passedena animal shelter on her Instagram, writing, “These are animals at @pasadenahumane. They are coming into the shelters with burns from the fire. Their biggest need is donations for medical care.”
She continued, “The @muttnation – @tractorsupply Relief for Rescues Fund is already supporting them and other shelters in the California region impacted by the fire. You can donate to join us in helping on this post.”

In the next Instagram post, she shared a video of herself, saying, “Hey everybody, thank you so much for all of your donations to Muttnation and Tractor Supply’s Relief for Rescues fund. Thanks to you all for jumping into action, we have over $200,000 headed for the animal victims shelter for victims of the wildfires in LA. And starting today, at Tractor Supply at checkout, you can donate either online or in person, and 100% of that goes to animal relief funds.”
She concluded, “So from Muttnation and Tractor Supply, our friends, thank you all so much for helping us out. We’re gonna continue to send prayers and love and light.”
She captioned the post, “Thank y’all. Starting today, you can donate to our Relief for Rescues Fund when you check out at @tractorsupply in store or online. This fund helps us support animals in natural disaster situations, like the California wildfires, and the hurricanes that hit last fall.”
In September, Lambert’s MuttNation-Tractor Supply Relief for Rescues Fund made initial donations totaling $250,000 to help 32 animal shelters and organizations across multiple states that were impacted by Hurricane Helene, which affected many states in the Southeast, including Tennessee and North Carolina.
At the time, Mirada told us, “Helene hit the week before our Music for Mutts benefit concert, and it only seemed right to use the event to help with hurricane recovery efforts. Then Milton came right behind it – packing a devastating one-two punch.”
She added, “Thankfully, and thanks to all the animal-loving supporters who’ve made donations to our MuttNation-Tractor Supply Relief for Rescues Fund, we were able to quickly get help where it was needed most. We know this will be a very long recovery, and we’re committed to helping our four-legged friends and the people who care for them get back on their feet.”
