Carrie Underwood: The Vice She Can’t Give Up
Carrie Underwood is one of the most fit and most disciplined stars in country music. She rarely misses a workout, and she always looks great.
She does have one vice that she just can’t give up. She recently told CMT, “I’ll drink caffeine and go do my thing because it’s caffeine, and I’m a mom.”
The country superstar added, “I feel like first and foremost taking care of myself overall is like the most thing I could do, with food and drink and being healthy and exercising and all that stuff.”
Carrie also told CMT that she feels that’s really the main thing she does to stay on top of her game, but she’s pretty “bad at everything else.” She says she’s bad at warm-ups and even cool-downs.
