Carrie Underwood: Ready For Some Canning In Las Vegas
Carrie Underwood is in Las Vegas playing her Residency at Resorts World this week. Before she arrived in Sin City, she got a bit domesticated and was ready to do some canning.
She posted to Instagram, “When you have an epic residency @resortsworldlv in fabulous Las Vegas, but you’re kind of a nerd, you go to Ace Hardware on your day off to buy canning supplies.”
The country superstar added, “You also bring your sourdough starter (a.k.a. ‘Norm’), eggs, and granola from home. My off days shall consist of working out, sunning myself, baking bread, and canning. Just a girl who enjoys the fabulous along with the simple!”

Carrie plays shows at Resorts Word in Vegas through this weekend (6/1) and comes back to Vegas in August.

Underwood recently had some fun after she performed a show. She had a night on the town with her friend Ludacris.
Carrie posted some photos from their fun night out on her Instagram. She captioned the post, “I’m pretty sure @ludacris is the only person who could get me out to the club after my show @resortsworldlv. @zoukgrouplv was so much fun, and we even got a fun surprise watching @tpain! Thanks for a fun night out! #LasVegas #zouk.”
Fans reacted to the post in droves. One commented, “YOU DO YOU, CARRIE! What an experience I can only imagine!!” Another wrote, “I thought this was Britney Aldean at first! Love Carrie and Luda!”

Carrie’s next Reflection show in Vegas is tomorrow night (6/1). She told us of the show recently, “Reflection is just kind of all about, you know, obviously we want to get there. We want to do our hits. We want to reflect upon all the things that we’ve been so blessed to be able to have accomplished over the past few years and that I’ve been lucky enough to do this, and then obviously, when you think about a staging standpoint, Reflection is, you can do a lot with that visually.”
She added, “It just seemed like a great concept as far as what we could do with it on stage and also having that kind of personal reflection, being able to look back on all of the things that we’ve been able to do. We’re just looking forward to playing, getting to be there. We’re looking forward to the crowds. We love to be on stage, so I think that’s what we always look forward to most whenever we are ever getting to play.”
