Tracy Lawrence Unveils New Country Ballad, ‘Gulf Of Mexico’
Tracy Lawrence is taking fans to the “Gulf of Mexico” with the release of another new track. The new country ballad will be featured on his forthcoming six-track EP, Out Here In It, due out on June 7.

“If I’m gonna play a show on the gulf this weekend, I might as well release a song about it! I love a good ballad. These kinds of songs have always been some of my favorites to sing. When I heard “Gulf of Mexico” it was instantly a favorite that I had to record and put on the EP,” Lawrence posted on Instagram (4/11).

Lawrence’s “Gulf of Mexico” and Out Here In It EP follow his Hindsight 202 Volume 1, 2, and 3, released in 2021 and 2022. You can watch the music video to accompany “Gulf of Mexico” below.
Lawrence is currently out on the road as direct support for Riley Green’s 2024 Ain’t My Last Rodeo Tour. He is also gearing up for his headlining show at the historic Ryman Auditorium on May 4 and a sold-out ‘Tracy Lawrence & Friends’ event at Nashville’s Ascend Amphitheater for CMA Fest on June 8.
