Garth Brooks’ Bar Is The Subject Of New Amazon Doc
Fans will be getting an inside look at the lives of Garth Brooks and his wife, Trisha Yearwood. Well, they will get to see the couple in their new docuseries, “Friends in Low Places.” The Amazon series will be surrounded by the opening of the couple’s new bar in downtown Nashville. The show will premiere on the same day the bar officially opens on March 7.
Garth said in a statement, “This was so much more than I bargained for! With that said, what we have built is far more than just a business. This is, by far, the craziest ride I have ever been on.”
Trisha added, “We started down this road fueled by passion, dedication, and a shared vision. I’m really proud of the team that has built the Friends Bar and Honky Tonk. We are excited to share the culmination of everyone’s efforts. It’s even bigger than we dreamed!”
In addition to the couple, the cast includes brothers Benjamin and Max Goldberg, who oversee the hospitality aspect of the bar, and Jenny Deathride Bratt and Camille Tambunting of Strategic Hospitality.

Brooks said recently that if Travis Kelce sings “Friends In Low Places” with him at his bar, he will be there and even send a plane to pick up Travis and his friends to come to Nashville.
At the February 14 victory parade in Kansas City, Kelce grabbed the microphone and attempted to sing Brooks’ song, telling the crowd, “If you know this song, sing along!”
In his weekly Studio G (2/20), Garth said, “Did you guys see Travis Kelce’s version of ‘Friends in Low Places?’ Did you see him sing this? I loved it; I thought it was fantastic. It blew me away because I’m sitting there watching it as it’s going down, right? I never expected that.”
Brooks told Kelce, “I’ll send a plane if you want and come and get another shot at the title. If you want to come sing that, I’ll send a plane. You can come by yourself or bring your brother or your gang, whatever you want to do. The plane holds 11; just remember that. So, yes, I’ll be happy to send this invite out to you if you want to try a little ‘Friends in Low Places’ in Friends in Low Places.”
