Carrie Underwood’s Lemon Blueberry Mishap
Carrie Underwood is always baking and making treats for her sons and husband, Mike. The creations usually come out beautiful and always taste good, according to the singer.
Carrie posted a couple of images of new baking treats she made to her Instagram Stories this week, and in the first slide, she shared a photo of a nice-looking Apple pie. She wrote over the image, “As American as…”
The second slide she posted was not as perfect, and Underwood wrote over a cake of sorts on the stove out of the oven with a bunch of frosting over it. She wrote, “Posting the tragedies with the triumphs. Dunno what went wrong with the lemon blueberry cake, but I dumped that sucker out & glazed it anyway. Still tastes good.”
Underwood posted a behind-the-scenes look at her “Reflection” show in Las Vegas, which she heads back to in a couple of weeks. She captioned the post, Take a peek behind the scenes of #TwoBlackCadillacs from #REFLECTION. Who’s coming to see us @resortsworldtheatre in 2 weeks?#CUinVegas.”

In the first slide, Underwood posted a photo of chocolates she made. She wrote, “The TruFru addiction has gotten out of control at our house. It’s so expensive! So, I started making my own…” In the photo corner, she wrote, “Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate.”
In a second slide, she posted a photo of dark-covered chocolate blueberries. She captioned it, “I call it FibFru – Chocolate over everything.”
In the final slide, she posted a photo of a pitcher and wrote, “Also started making my own yogurt, and I will NEVER go back to store-bought!!!”
