“Everybody has a story and a past. You don’t always have to hate where you come from. It’s ok to remember who got you to where you are. There is a respect that is mature and healthy, and that’s what I wanted to talk about in this song,” Tenpenny previously said of the song in a press statement.
This past summer, Tenpenny released a new track titled “Bigger Mistakes,” accompanied by a music video. The 34-year-old takes on Sin City with the boys, sharing the message that there are more important things in life than a breakup.
If you’re a fan of M10 and waiting on more new tunes from the country hitmaker, we have a feeling it’s coming sooner than you think. Tenpenny recently shared a clip on Instagram with the caption, “Thinking about dropping this new one soon. What do y’all think?? Presave in my bio,” receiving praise from Ernest, Tyler Rich, Drew Green, and more.
Following his run of dates last year with Jason Aldean, the singer-songwriter will join his labelmate, Luke Combs, for stadium shows on his “Growin’ Up And Gettin’ Old Tour” and hit the road as an opening act for Jordan Davis’ “Damn Good Time World Tour” in 2024.
