Miranda Lambert Celebrating ‘Birthday Month’ For 40th
Miranda Lambert is having what she called her “birthday month” celebration and posted a bunch of photos and videos about her life lately. In the lengthy post on Instagram, Miranda posted her husband cooking, her dancing in her living room, photos with her horses, and a screenshot of her phone listening to Chris Stapleton’s new album, Higher. She co-wrote the first track on the album, “What Am I Gonna Do,” with Stapleton.
In the caption, she wrote, “11/10/2023 marked the big 40 for this country girl. Thanks to everyone for all the birthday wishes and reminders of great memories. I have the sweetest friends, family, and fans. This was how I spent yesterday, day 1 of birthday month. Puttin’ a few more smile lines on my face. And you bet your a– I’m celebrating ALL of November! This is a big one!”

Lambert recently found a record label home after leaving Sony Music. She was with Sony for twenty years. Lambert and Jon Randall have partnered to launch their own imprint in partnership with Big Loud Records, establishing Big Loud Texas. Lambert and Randall will be directly involved in signing and developing artists on the roster. In addition, Randall will serve as President of A&R for Big Loud Texas while also contributing his expertise as a producer.
Miranda and Randall collaborated, along with Jack Ingram, on 2021’s GRAMMY-nominated The Marfa Tapes. Randall also served as a producer alongside Lambert and Luke Dick on her 2022 album Palomino.
Miranda said of her newly formed label, “As a teenager chasing my dreams in the honky tonks of Texas, Nashville seemed so far away. Every time I’m back home, I get to hear the incredible talent our state produces, and I feel a responsibility to help get more of those Texas voices heard. I’m really excited to team up with my buddy Jon Randall and Big Loud to do just that. Get ready, y’all – we’re bringing even more Texas to town!”
