If you’ve seen the Zac Brown Band in concert, you already know how infectious their live performances can be. Seeing the group live is not just attending an ordinary show; it’s an experience.
This isn’t the first time the multi-platinum and Grammy Award-winning group has released a live record. From The Road, Vol 1: Covers follows the Zac Brown Band’s 2007 release of Live From The Rock Bus Tour and Pass The Jar which was released in 2010.
“Our first live record in over a decade, From The Road, Vol 1: Covers is out Nov. 10th. This project is a celebration of the songs that we listen to, and some of our favorite arrangements that we’ve reimagined over the years,” Zac Brown Band shared on Facebook.
The twelve-track collection includes covers of Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody” (live at the SSE Arena, Wembley, London, UK), Fred Astaire’s 1936 Oscar-winning song, “The Way You Look Tonight” (live at Irvine Meadows Amphitheatre, Irvine, CA), and the Who’s “Baba O’Riley” (Live at Fenway Park, Boston, MA).
The Southern rock group, led by frontman Zac Brown, previously released The Comeback (Deluxe) in 2022. The deluxe version of the Zac Brown Band’s seventh album brings fans tracks reimagined as duets with some of music’s biggest stars such as Blake Shelton, Jimmy Buffett, Cody Johnson, and more.
The Zac Brown Band is currently out on the road for their 2023 “From The Fire Tour” with special guests Marcus King, Tenille Townes, and King Calaway on select dates.
