Chris Young Posts Dramatic Weight Loss Photo
Chris Young posted a photo on his Instagram of him almost shirtless. In the picture, he has a black t-shirt hanging on his neck, showing off how he looks after losing 60 pounds.
Chris captioned the post, “This year has been dedicated to a lot of work on myself. Music wise AND in the gym. Still not done, but down 60 pounds, so yeah… Gonna leave this here #cheers #fitnessmotivation.”
Many fans and friends reacted to his post, with one writing, “Oh, we noticed, all right!! Good job on taking care of yourself!” Another fan commented, “I thought you were just as sexy before, but congratulations on all the hard work; you look great.” One more fan said, “Great job keep it going! Feels great, doesn’t it!”
In previous posts on Instagram, Young has been working out with friends and his bandmates on the road. He posted earlier this week a photo of himself with some guys in the band, writing, “Shoutout to everyone at @planetfitness in West Chester, OH, for the pre-show workout today! #letsgo.”

Young had a little fun with his fans in May when he posted a photo of himself with bleach-blond hair. On his Insta Stories, Chris posted a picture of himself with nice-looking blonde hair, in a second photo he posted was the same photo of himself with his natural brown hair and the word “Gotcha.”
Young later posted to Instagram a video clip of him riding in his private plane with friends, explaining, “Alright, so everybody thought that I died my hair which is hilarious. Um, no, it’s just Mikey’s (friend on the plane) birthday on Tuesday, and we got the bear; we got Mikey. Ya’ll are fun.” The following video clip on Insta stories shows Chris with his friend at an NBA basketball game.
Many of his faithful followers responded to the post, with one writing, “You can pass off dark or light hair, but leave it as is.”Another fan said, “That color was not a good look on you. Keep your natural color; a little silver is okay.” One more fan commented, “Glad it was a prank! You’re awesome, just as you are!” One fan wrote, “CY, you look great. Keep it up! Hope all is well!!!”
