May 8th 1:48 PM

Cole Swindell has asked his girlfriend, former NBA dancer for the Charlotte Hornets Courtney Little, to be his wife. According to his Twitter, she said, “Yes.”

Cole posted to Twitter moments ago (5/8), along with the photos of the moment, “Still couldn’t tell ya everything I said down on one knee… All I know is she said “YES”! We’re so excited!”

Just minutes after he posted the news, fans started to react, with one writing, “Congrats, brother. She’s a lucky girl.” Another fan said, “Omg!!!! Yay!!! Congratulations. I love you both!” one more fan commented, “Congratulations Cole you deserve nothing but the best!”

See that post here.

Little is a 2017 Miss Teen North Carolina, and the couple first met at a NASCAR event. Swindell told various media outlets that they became “long-distance friends.” It wasn’t until Cole hired Little for his 2021 “Some Habits” video that the couple finally started to date.

He told E! News of her being cast n his video, “I took a shot and asked her [to be in the video], and she said she’d be cool with that. That was kind of our first date, having to act like it was a love song video, and we didn’t really know each other.”

During the CMA Awards in November, Cole told E! News on the red carpet that wedding bells may someday ring for the couple. He said. “I think that could happen. We’ll have to see. That’s something I’ve obviously thought about, and I’ve just been waiting for the right person… It’s been nice. I’m happy. She’s happy, and we’ll see what happens.”
