Russell Dickerson & Wife Kailey Expecting Baby Boy
Russell Dickerson and his wife Kailey are expecting their second baby and it’s a boy!
The couple shared the news on their social media pages, posting a video montage sharing moments from the positive pregnancy test to learning the baby is a boy.
The post opens with Kailey holding a pregnancy test smiling telling the couple’s son Remington, “let’s take those to daddy”. Remington can be seen holding the tests going down the stairs to bring them to his dad. Russell is stunned and can be heard saying “nuh uh” and “no way!” with a big smile.
In the video we find out Dickerson found out about the gender of the baby when he opened an email that had the gender in the subject line, however Kailey didn’t know, so he planned a surprise reveal for her.
Big blue “It’s A Boy” balloons, onesies, and blue decorations cover the couple’s kitchen in the video reveal.
“God gave me a… BOY! So grateful we get to tell you Remington is going to be a big brother this fall,” Dickerson writes alongside the video.

The couple are already parents to Remington Edward who was born in September of 2020.
The news comes after the Dickersons shared they lost a baby last fall. Kailey opened up about the news on her Instagram, writing, “2022 was incredibly wonderful and heart-wrenching, in the middle of the craziest year we have ever had, we lost a baby in September at 8 weeks… It felt like drowning and trying to swim towards sun to find the surface. I didn’t know if I’d ever share this, but something about going into this next year, I needed to leave this news in 2022”.
She ends the post asking to give each other more grace and more kindness because you never know what someone is going through.
