Kenny Chesney Catches Kelsea Ballerini Napping

Kenny Chesney caught his tourmate Kelsea Ballerini catching up on some sleep during a flight after a show in Little Rock on Kenny’s private plane over the weekend. Chesney posted a photo of Ballerini sleeping in his seat sitting up, he and some of his band members were behind, and they snapped a picture.

He captioned the image on Instagram, “Another late night flight home on the #IGOBACKTOUR. Sorry, Kelsea! We love ya. And Little Rock, Arkansas, we love you too. Last night was so much fun.”

Kelsea posted the post to her Insta stories, writing, “Tell me you’re the little sister on the tour without telling me…hahaha.”

Many fans reacted to Kenny’s post on Instagram, including one who wrote, “Crazy shenanigans are the best.” Another fan commented, “Kelsea, you needed a pillow!” One more fan said, “Thanks again, Kenny and Kelsea, for putting on such an awesome freaking show! Yall rocked Little Rock for sure!!”

Kelsea posted a video clip to her Insta stories a few weeks ago (4/13) after learning about her 2023 ACM nominations . She was dressed in a white sweatshirt and a black baseball hat. She said, “I look like absolute chaos. But the bus stopped at a rest stop to get some fuel, and I just got two ACM nominations.” She looks at a stain on her sweatshirt that reads: “Happy Here.” Pointing to the stain, she adds, “I don’t know what this is, and there’s a Bojangles, and I’m celebrating with a chicky dickey.” She spins around and sings, “Just another day in paradise.”

For those who have never been to a Bojangles, their Chicken Dickey sandwich is a marinated chicken breast sandwich. It’s hand-breaded with spices. It is layered with thick dill-cut pickles, creamy mayo, and a buttery toasted bun.

Ballerini’s 2023 ACM Nominations are for Female Artist of the Year and Visual Media of the Year (Video) For Her “Heartfirst” video.

The 58th Annual ACM Awards will air live on Amazon Prime on May 11, 2023.
