Thomas Rhett Is ‘Feelin’ Country’ For ‘Twisters’ Album
Thomas Rhett is always “Feelin’ Country” and now he’s taking his latest release, out today (7/3), to the big screen. The country star’s new track will be featured in the upcoming Twisters movie coming later this month and on its official album.

“Been playing this one on the road since last year and I’ve been itching to put it out. So stoked it found a home in @twistersmovie and it’s out everywhere NOW! Go check out feelin’ country on @twistersthealbum,” Rhett posted on Instagram.
Twisters, “the current-day chapter of the 1996 blockbuster,” comes from the producers of the Jurassic Park, Bourne, and Indiana Jones series. It was directed by Lee Isaac Chung and brings a group of people together to try and predict the “immense power of tornadoes,” according to a press statement.

The highly-anticipated film starring Daisy Edgar-Jones, Glen Powell, Anthony Ramos, Brandon Perea, Maura Tierney, Sasha Lane, Harry Hadden-Patton, David Corenswet, Daryl McCormack, Tunde Adebimpe, Katy O’Brien, Nik Dodani, Kiernan Shipka, and Paul Scheer, will be released in theaters on July 19.
This summer, it’s all about Rhett as he’s also gearing up to drop his seventh studio album, About A Woman, on August 23. The 14-track collection will follow the 2023 release of his 20 Number Ones album.
“I did this with a with a new batch of producers, a lot of different songwriters. This is the funnest album that I’ve made I think. This is a very, very ‘me’ album. If you liked Tangled Up and Life Changes, Center Point Road, this album is sort of that on steroids to me,” Rhett said.
